Position: Ticketing Officer Company Profile: Sansar Tours Pvt Ltd is a renowned IATA-accredited air travel company established in 1998. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Ticketing Officer to manage our travel desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticketing, billing, accounting, collections, and customer liaison with a proactive and customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: ✅Issue tickets and prepare invoices accurately and efficiently. ✅Manage accounting and collection processes related to ticketing. ✅Liaise with customers, airlines, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. ✅Negotiate with airlines and suppliers to secure competitive rates. ✅Stay updated with the latest ticketing practices and international travel formalities. Requirements: ✅3–4 years of experience in ticketing with solid industry knowledge. ✅IATA-UFTAA certification is mandatory. ✅Graduate degree required. ✅Valid two-wheeler license (preferred). ✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language); knowledge of Hindi is a plus. ✅Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills. ✅Knowledge of international travel practices. ✅Valid passport (preferred).
