Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Visa Officer to lead and manage end-to-end visa processing operations. This role requires strong attention to legal detail, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to stay current with international immigration policies and documentation standards. You will be a key player in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the visa and immigration process for clients ensuring that the process runs smoothly. Guide clients through the visa application process, including document verification, application form completion, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. Ensure timely submission of all applications and documents in compliance with the regulations and deadlines set by the government. Review and verify all client-submitted information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards. Prepare visa fee quotations, respond to client inquiries, and provide detailed documentation requirements for different countries and visa types. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, embassy updates, and immigration legislation changes. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues. Take full ownership of assigned cases and ensure clients receive timely updates on application status. Qualifications & Requirements: Any graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar domain Proven experience handling visa applications across multiple countries is an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information. The ideal candidate should be experienced in using ticketing systems, managing travel requests, and delivering exceptional service before, during, and after booking. Key Responsibilities: Process ticket sales and reservations across in-person, phone, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, special requests, changes, and complaints professionally. Ensure accurate issuance, modification, and cancellation of tickets in compliance with company policies and industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ticketing systems, pricing, schedules, and procedures. Manage secure payment processing and daily reconciliation of sales transactions.
