Senior Visa Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the visa and immigration process for clients ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
• Guide clients through the visa application process, including document verification, application form completion, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely submission of all applications and documents in compliance with the regulations and deadlines set by the government.
• Review and verify all client-submitted information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.
• Prepare visa fee quotations, respond to client inquiries, and provide detailed documentation requirements for different countries and visa types.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, embassy updates, and immigration legislation changes.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Take full ownership of assigned cases and ensure clients receive timely updates on application status.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Any graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar domain
• Proven experience handling visa applications across multiple countries is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
