Job Overview We are looking for a Product Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel experiences. You will be responsible for designing and evolving the core user experience of our digital products, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, delightful, and impactful. Your work will directly influence how millions of travelers engage with our platform, making their journeys more intuitive and inspiring. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, to shape the product experience. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points. Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems that bring ideas to life. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate vision into user-centric designs. Design scalable and reusable UI components that enhance usability and efficiency. Advocate for human-centered design principles, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. Utilize data-driven insights to iterate and refine design solutions for maximum impact. Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and travel industry innovations. Present design concepts to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent. Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices. Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android). Ability to create data-informed designs based on analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback. Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated, creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and interaction design. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an Agile, fast-paced product environment. Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and design system management. Experience with travel, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
