We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Lead with expertise in Selenium and the Carina framework to lead our test automation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust automation strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through efficient test practices. Key Responsibilities: Framework Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Carina. Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Test Strategy & Execution: Define and implement test strategies for functional, regression, and integration testing. Lead the creation and execution of automated test cases across web, mobile, and API layers. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior automation engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA analysts. Quality Assurance & Reporting: Ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements. Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Process Improvement: Continuously improve automation processes and tools. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices.
