Job Title : Test Lead
Job Summary : The Test Lead role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. With a focus on Test and Defect Management SparkSQL and Python/TOSCA DI Automation the candidate will drive testing strategies and execution. This hybrid position requires expertise in Cloud Validation BigData validation BI Validation and SQL Scripting contributing to the companys innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities :
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
Oversee the execution of test plans including manual and automated testing processes to identify and resolve defects.
Provide expertise in Test and Defect Management ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing processes with development and deployment cycles.
Utilize SparkSQL and Python/TOSCA DI Automation to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Conduct Cloud Validation to ensure seamless integration and performance of cloud-based solutions.
Perform BigData validation to verify data integrity and accuracy across large datasets.
Implement BI Validation techniques to ensure accurate reporting and data visualization.
Develop and execute SQL Scripting to automate data validation and testing processes.
Monitor testing progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
Analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement driving continuous enhancement of testing practices.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Contribute to the companys innovation by ensuring high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs. Qualifications -
Possess strong experience in Test and Defect Management demonstrating ability to manage complex testing processes.
Have expertise in SparkSQL and Python//TOSCA DI Automation showcasing ability to automate testing procedures effectively.
Demonstrate proficiency in Cloud Validation ensuring robust performance of cloud-based applications.
Exhibit skills in BigData validation verifying data accuracy across extensive datasets.
Show capability in BI Validation ensuring reliable data reporting and visualization.
Possess knowledge in SQL Scripting automating data validation processes efficiently.
