Core Responsibilities
- Organize and lead cross functional Requirement Gathering and Planning meetings
- Encourage and lead the PI Planning to all the stake holders
- Establish a clear vision for the product/feature and ensure its development aligns with the Business’s overall strategy.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, which is a list of features, user stories, and tasks.
- Collect Business/customer feedback to define user stories.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product vision, progress, and upcoming releases.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure they understand the requirements and are working effectively to deliver value.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, managing timelines and ensuring that the team meets sprint objectives.
- Prompt stakeholder communication and sharing of necessary reports.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Experience of at least 4-5 years as PO
- Experience with agile methodologies and scrum frameworks is essential.
- Understanding of AI assets and leverage these to support PO tasks.
Interpersonal Skills
- Strong verbal/written communication, precise listening capabilities
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Able to handle problem resolution proactively
