Responsibilities End-to-End Copilot Development : Design, build, test, and deploy custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio to meet specific business requirements. This includes defining topics, entities, conversation flows, and integrating with various data sources. Power Platform Expertise : Utilize Power Apps to create user interfaces and supporting applications that enhance the copilot experience or facilitate data management related to the copilot. Power Automate Mastery : Design and implement complex Power Automate flows to integrate copilots with backend systems, APIs, databases, and other Microsoft and third-party services. This includes data retrieval, processing, and action execution based on copilot interaction Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and deploying solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. Demonstrated experience (1+ years) working with Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) or similar conversational AI platforms. Solid understanding of data integration principles and experience connecting to various data sources. Knowledge of Generative AI and Natural language processing (NLP) concepts. Experience with Azure services relevant to AI and integration (e.g., Azure AI Search, Logic Apps, Azure Functions
