Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst/Consultant within the Marketing Analytics practice of Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Gurgaon, you will assist clients in growing their business by leveraging analytics to drive high performance and make informed decisions based on data insights. You will collaborate with forward-thinking consultants to provide analytically informed insights at scale, helping clients improve outcomes and achieve high performance. Key Responsibilities: - Define data requirements for Data Driven Merchandizing capabilities - Clean, aggregate, analyze, and interpret data - Conduct data quality analysis - Focus on Pricing/Promotions/Assortment Optimization capabilities across retail clients - Utilize Statistical Timeseries models, store clustering algorithms, and descriptive analytics to support merch AI capability - Develop AI/ML models in the Azure ML tech stack - Manage data pipelines and data within different layers of the Snowflake environment - Work on common design patterns for scalable machine learning architectures - Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production - Utilize cloud platforms for pipelining and deploying elasticity models - Create insights presentations and client-ready decks - Mentor and guide junior resources Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in Data Driven Merchandizing - Knowledge of price/discount elasticity estimation and non-linear optimization techniques - Proficiency in statistical models, store clustering algorithms, and descriptive analytics - Hands-on experience in state space modeling, mixed effect regression - Familiarity with developing AI/ML models in the Azure ML tech stack - Strong communication skills - Logical thinking and analytical skills - Basic task management skills for planning, prioritizing, tracking progress, and reporting (Note: Any additional details of the company were not mentioned in the provided job description),
