Job Description/Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate will advise, design, and implement AI solutions across teams. He/she will guide developers, testers, and managers in adopting AI, deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI features, and enable AI integration in applications and reporting systems.

Mandatory Skills:

· Well-experienced in identifying AI use cases aligned with business objectives.

· Technically sound in guiding developers for implementing AI (LLMs, RAG, APIs) and boosting developer productivity using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and automation frameworks.

· Should be good at enabling testers with AI evaluation frameworks and QA strategies, leveraging AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate test coverage and reduce manual effort.

· Adept in designing and delivering end-to-end PoCs for AI features and workflows.

· Thorough in utilising AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across teams.

· Good at adhering to responsible AI norms, enforcing security protocols, and following governance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
