Job Description/Role & Responsibilities:

o The SAP Fieldglass Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Fieldglass to enable end-to-end external workforce, services procurement, contract labour management, and vendor compliance operations. The role ensures alignment with business processes, governance structures, and integration touchpoints across SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise applications.

o This position requires strong process understanding of vendor statement of work (SOW) based engagements, time & expense tracking, onboarding/offboarding, worker classification, rate cards, compliance workflows, and supplier lifecycle management.

Required skill sets:

o Strong functional expertise in SAP Fieldglass modules (Workforce Procurement, SOW, Time & Materials, Rate Card Management, Compliance).

o Understanding of enterprise procurement models including Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, Vendor Management, Managed Service Provider (MSP) and VMS workflows.

o Familiarity with SAP roles, SoD, compliance workflows, onboarding governance, and audit frameworks.

o Experience with SAP Fieldglass reporting, analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.

o Knowledge of integration patterns with SAP S/4 HANA, HR systems, CRM, and identity management services.

o Ability to map business processes to Fieldglass configuration with minimal customization (Clean-Core mindset)

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP BTP extensions, or VMS/Procurement transformation programs.
• Experience in regulated industries requiring compliance, traceability, and vendor governance.
• Understanding of PDPL and workforce compliance requirements in the UAE/GCC regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹544,316.36 - ₹1,820,446.90 per year
