Job Description- Effective provisioning, installation, configuration, solution migration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and other related Cloud infrastructure located within Krber Supply Chains Cloud network Involved in architectural decision making, and providing recommendations based on knowledge and past experience Ensures that system infrastructure, operating systems, software systems, and security mechanisms adhere to best practices and organizational standards Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation and automation on SaaS migration and upgrades Utilizes various automation, monitoring, and service management tools & techniques to troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning Provides SQL performance tuning and recommendations / fixes to improve overall application performance Assist with migrating on premise customers to the cloud implementing best practices Upgrade customers in the cloud to new version and implement new tools to align with best practices.
