Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials, surfaces, or interior design industries.
Proven track record of managing dealer networks and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of regional sales targets.
Dealer satisfaction and compliance with Hey Concretes lead follow-up processes.
