Financial Performance: Ø Set and achieve regional sales targets for franchise development and overall franchisee performance. Ø Track and monitor the financial health of franchisees, providing recommendations to optimize profitability. Ø Prepare regular performance reports for senior management on franchise sales, business development, and growth metrics. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Ø Manage and mentor a team of TSM & Filed executives within the region. Ø Lead regional franchise events, such as workshops, training sessions, and franchisee meetings.
