Hey Concrete is seeking an experienced and driven Export Manager to lead the expansion of our products into international markets. This role is crucial for managing and growing our export sales, establishing efficient systems, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, logistics, and compliance, with a passion for identifying new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Export Sales Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in target international markets. Build and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, dealers, and clients to drive sales growth. Conduct market research to determine potential customer needs, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies. 2. International Market Strategy Develop and implement an export sales strategy in alignment with Hey Concretes business goals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt product offerings and materials for specific markets. 3. Logistics & Compliance Management Oversee logistics for all exports, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipping solutions. Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade laws, and customs requirements. Handle documentation for customs clearance, shipping, and payments (including letters of credit, bills of lading, etc.). 4. Sales and Financial Reporting Track sales performance and provide monthly reports on export activity, revenue, and expenses. Monitor and analyze export sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges. Manage the export budget, working to optimize costs without compromising quality or delivery timelines. 5. Client Relationship Management Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests from international clients. Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders, including international clients and logistics partners. 6. Team Collaboration & Development Work closely with the production, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment across departments. Contribute to establishing export-focused procedures and systems for streamlined operations. Qualifications and Skills • Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development, ideally within the building materials or construction industry. • Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs, and export regulations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in export documentation, logistics, and sales forecasting. • Ability to travel internationally as needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Growth in export sales revenue within target markets. • Number of new international clients onboarded per quarter. • Timely and accurate handling of export documentation and logistics. • Client satisfaction rate for international clients. • Reduction in export-related expenses by optimizing logistics and compliance processes.

Role & responsibilities :- 1.Dealer Management:- Oversee and support all dealer operations within the region, ensuring they meet sales targets and follow Hey Concrete's guidelines. Monitor and improve lead follow-up processes across dealers to maximize conversion rates. Provide dealers with product updates, promotional materials, and necessary training to enhance their product knowledge and sales efficiency 2. Sales and Lead Follow Up System:- Implement and enforce a lead follow-up system in coordination with dealers to categorize leads, track follow-ups, and drive conversion. Analyze sales data and lead tracking metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to streamline lead handling and address potential obstacles in the sales process. 3. Architect and Interior Designer Engagement :- Build and nurture relationships with key architects and interior designers across the region to create awareness of Hey Concretes offerings and drive sales. Organize and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and events to promote Hey Concretes product range. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Hey Concretes vision and values in all external communications. 4. Sales Strategy and Performance Reporting :- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the regions unique market needs and opportunities. Monitor sales performance, generate regular reports, and present insights and recommendations to the Sales Head. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives. 5. Customer and After-Sales Support:- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by supporting dealers in resolving customer issues and addressing after-sales inquiries. Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in product and service quality.
