Job Summary:

Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Territory Coverage:

    Travel extensively throughout the designated territory to engage with customers and promote company products and services within the sports medicine orthopedic domain.

  • Customer Relationships:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, ensuring their needs are met and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by persuasively promoting sports medicine orthopedic products to customers within the assigned territory.

  • Sales and Marketing Analysis:

    Analyze sales and marketing data to identify effective strategies and techniques for driving sales growth.

  • Trade Show Participation:

    Attend medical trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase company products and services, enhancing brand visibility within the territory.

  • Brand Awareness:

    Ensure that brand awareness within the assigned territory aligns with company expectations.

  • Competitor Monitoring:

    Keep track of competitors' sales activities within the territory and adjust strategies accordingly.

Territory Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Education:

    A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Experience:

    A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Territory Sales Manager, preferably in the

    medical devices / orthopedic / sports medicine

    sector.

  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Adaptability:

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
