Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Banka. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, training DBOs, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication and coordination with both the internal team and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and developing teams
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage operations in Banka
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
