Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, training staff, and effectively managing sales operations. The role also includes meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.

  • Strong Communication
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to Train staff effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the surgical-related products.
