Territory Sales Manager

Sales Executive for Power Products and Medical Machines (Dialysis & Related) in Punjab requires an MBA or graduate qualification with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

This role targets sales of uninterruptible power supplies, batteries, dialysis machines, and associated medical equipment via platforms like Indeed. Responsibilities focus on B2B sales to hospitals, clinics, and industrial clients across Punjab zones, aligning with targets like for dialysis machines and consumables per year per salesperson.​

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by identifying healthcare prospects, demonstrating products like dialysis machines and power backups, and closing deals through negotiations. Build long-term client relationships, provide after-sales support including installations and troubleshooting, and cross-sell secondary products (filters, consumables) to boost recurring revenue. Prepare sales reports, monitor competitors, attend trade shows, and develop territory plans for Punjab regions.​

Qualifications and Experience

MBA or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, with 5-7 years in medical device/power equipment sales, preferably dialysis or UPS/batteries in Punjab. Proven track record in B2B healthcare sales, strong product knowledge of dialysis systems and power solutions, and familiarity with hospital procurement cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, valid driving license, and willingness for extensive field travel across Punjab.​

Preferred Skills

Technical aptitude for product demos and client training on dialysis

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and market analysis for territory growth. Self-motivated with ability to handle sales quotas, team collaboration, and Punjab-specific networks in healthcare/industrial sectors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
