Service Technician

Job Title: Commercial RO Service Technician Department: Technical / Service Location: Amritsar Reports To: Service Manager / Technical Head Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial RO Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial reverse osmosis (RO) water purification systems. The technician will handle troubleshooting, provide preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal performance of the equipment at client locations. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission new commercial RO plants and water purification systems at customer sites. Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct regular preventive maintenance and servicing of RO systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as pump failure, leakage, membrane fouling, or electrical faults. Replace filters, membranes, and other consumables as required. Technical Support: Provide on-site support and training to customers on system usage and maintenance. Ensure all customer complaints and service requests are addressed promptly. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs, including work performed, parts replaced, and recommendations. Report critical system faults and escalate issues when required. Compliance & Safety: Follow company protocols and safety standards during installation and maintenance work. Ensure RO systems meet regulatory and quality compliance. Qualifications & Skills: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field. 1–3 years of experience in installation or servicing of commercial/industrial RO systems. Strong knowledge of water treatment systems, plumbing, and electrical components. Ability to read technical diagrams and service manuals. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Physically fit to travel and work in field conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driving license (preferred). Work Environment: Field work involving travel to customer locations. May require working in commercial kitchens, factories, hospitals, or corporate offices.
