Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Amritsar, Mohali Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for selling products/services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to potential clients. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and feedback to management for strategy improvement. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., FMCG, solar, real estate, etc.]. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred for field sales roles). Work Environment: Office-based with regular field visits or client meetings. May require occasional travel for business development.
