Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Imphal. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and expanding the customer base in the territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting training sessions for sales staff, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves sales management activities such as analyzing market trends and developing sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
Ability to conduct Training sessions for sales staff
Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and strategy development
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
