Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at Scimplify, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Water Soluble Fertilizers, Micronutrients, Biologicals, Bio-stimulants, and Granular NPK. Your key responsibilities will include: - Appointment of Channel Partners within a specified area - Ensuring product positioning and organizing launching events - Compiling data related to market analysis - Developing and executing demand generation campaigns effectively - Managing a team of Junior Agronomists for large scale projects related to demand generation and farm services - Devising strategies to achieve the desired budget and managing product flow - Implementing commercial strategies and ensuring timely collection - Overseeing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the assigned area and providing team direction to maintain services while focusing on brand value and branding efforts to generate demand.
