ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Prescon Electricals are amongst the top manufacturers of Electrical Switches and accessories. The fine combination between men, machines, production techniques and materials allow us to deliver quality electrical products in the form of Polycarbonate modular switches, ceiling accessories, MCBs and DBs, wires and cables and LED lights.

We have been working in different regions of the country and we need a Territory Sales Manager who can take up the responsibility for increasing the output of our existing sales personnel and to create the sales and collection report on a weekly basis. Territory Sales Manager will be overseeing a particular region in Rajasthan and will report to the State Head. We require TSM for Jaipur region, Mewar region, Marwar region.


Position Purpose:

Territory Sales Manager role with Prescon Electricals entails supporting the sales team in attaining monthly and annual targets through proper followback , contract development, and effective communication with the new and existing clients, external distributors, representatives and agents. Territory Sales Manager resolves all complex inquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction. Territory Sales Manager is constantly researching and following back the sales team regarding the flow of sales and payment collection.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

●       Communicate effectively with sales managers and their clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships.

●       Providing sales support by visiting the potential and existing dealers/distributors with the assigned Sales officer/manager.

●       Follow back the sales team in day to day operations through the cloud and getting the day to day sales report.

●       Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.

●       Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by the Director of Sales.

●       Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.

●       Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting program information in order to increase productivity of sales.

●       Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

●       Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.

●       Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Director of Sales.

●       Retain a knowledge of electrical vendors, dealers and distributors, etc. to provide accurate assessment of the marketplace.

●       Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills

●       Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality

●       Ability to meet deadlines

●       Good liaison with all other department members

●       Able to work in team and willing to put up to team

●       Pays attention to detail

●       Flexible to work in non-business hours

●       Able to operate in different work conditions such as on-site, off site

●       Able to work alone

●       Can work well in a fast-paced environment

●       Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated

●       Must have a minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing in a supervisory role in the electrical industry OR FMCG industry. Preferable experience would be in the switch and accessories segment.

●       The remuneration package will be as per the market standard depending upon the decided sales target. Incentives will be extra along with daily allowance and travel allowance.
