Roles and Responsibilities Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, expand product offerings, and improve profitability within the assigned territory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure effective execution of sales plans and resolve any issues that may arise. Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in pharma selling or related field (dermatology knowledge preferred). Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma), Biotechnology (B.Sc.), or Life Sciences (B.Sc.). Excellent verbal & written communication skills; pleasing personality required.
