Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, expand product offerings, and improve profitability within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure effective execution of sales plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in pharma selling or related field (dermatology knowledge preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma), Biotechnology (B.Sc.), or Life Sciences (B.Sc.).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills; pleasing personality required.
