Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in Karnataka, India. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and training and mentoring sales team members. The role also encompasses sales performance analysis and the implementation of best practices to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Customer Service experience to build and nurture client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
• Ability to conduct effective training and mentoring sessions for team development
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Relevant experience in the technology or real estate sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
