Job overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned region. The role focuses on converting leads into closures, promoting recurring consumable sales, and ensuring long-term client retention. You will be responsible for conducting product demos, negotiating proposals, and acting as the primary customer touchpoint during the onboarding phase.

What will you do? (Responsibilities):

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Conversion & Closures• Handle warm leads passed on by Marketing.• Conduct product demos (machines & beverages) at client locations.• Prepare and deliver proposals; assist in negotiations until closure.• Ensure a smooth handover to After-Sales/Service post-installation.2. Consumables Sales & Retention• Drive monthly consumable sales from installed machines (coffee decoction, premixes, tea bags, cups, stirrers).• Track usage & ensure clients reorder without fail.• Monitor machine retention & proactively prevent churn (client drop-offs).3. Relationship Management• Act as the primary contact point for assigned accounts in the first few months.• Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure leads move quickly through the• funnel.• Escalate issues to After-Sales for quick resolution.4. Reporting & Tracking• Maintain daily/weekly funnel reports (demos done, proposals given, closures).• Share ground-level feedback on competition, pricing, and customer behavior.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Lead-to-installation conversion % (per month).• No of machines installed.• Revenue from consumables per machine.• Retention % of machines (no client churn).• Average closure cycle time (lead to installation).

What do we need? (Requirements):

• 2–5 years’ sales experience in FMCG / Telecom / Beverages / Hospitality.• Strong closing mindset – must love being on the field, doing demos, and chasing deals.• Exposure to HoReCa, corporates, or B2B sales is a plus.• Aggressive, persuasive, and target-driven personality.• Should be comfortable with both relationship management + repeat consumable push..Let's sit over a cup of tea!If this interests you, share your resume to any of the addresses below.
