Territory Sales Manager

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion & Closures

• Handle warm leads passed on by Marketing.
• Conduct product demos (machines & beverages) at client locations.
• Prepare and deliver proposals; assist in negotiations until closure.
• Ensure a smooth handover to After-Sales/Service post-installation.

2. Consumables Sales & Retention

• Drive monthly consumable sales from installed machines (coffee decoction, premixes, tea bags, cups, stirrers).
• Track usage & ensure clients reorder without fail.
• Monitor machine retention & proactively prevent churn (client drop-offs).

3. Relationship Management

• Act as the primary contact point for assigned accounts in the first few months.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure leads move quickly through the funnel.
• Escalate issues to After-Sales for quick resolution. 4. Reporting & Tracking
• Maintain daily/weekly funnel reports (demos done, proposals given, closures).
• Share ground-level feedback on competition, pricing, and customer behavior.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Lead-to-installation conversion % (per month).
• No of machines installed.
• Revenue from consumables per machine.
• Retention % of machines (no client churn).
• Average closure cycle time (lead to installation).

Role & responsibilities

• 2 - 5 years sales experience in FMCG / Telecom / Beverages / Hospitality.
• Strong closing mindset must love being on the field, doing demos, and chasing deals.
• Exposure to HoReCa, corporates, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Aggressive, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
• Should be comfortable with both relationship management + repeat consumable push..
