Territory Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Territory Manager to lead school partnership development for our Supplementary Learning Programs. This is an individual contributor role focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding K-12 schools to implement ALLEN’s academic solutions, including study materials, recorded lectures, and test series.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential partner schools in the assigned territory
• Conduct consultative meetings with school leaders to understand academic needs
• Present and demonstrate ALLEN’s supplementary programs as academic solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• 3–8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales (preferably in education, edtech, or publishing)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability in consultative or solution-based selling
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM platforms
• Must have a valid driving license and access to a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
