Job Description

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and research potential clients within the education sector (e.g., schools,educational institutions including private coaching , government bodies).

● Develop new business opportunities by liaisoning with school administration,tuition teachers and coaching centres

● Develop and execute strategic outreach plans including ground activations throughworkshops and seminars in schools, participation in promotional events inresidential societies etc to generate new leads and foster relationships withdecision-makers.

● Participate in / Organize conferences, workshops, and networking events to buildbrand awareness and generate leads.

● Present and demonstrate our educational products to prospective clients,effectively articulating their value proposition.

● Establish and maintain relationships with the other teams of Allen● Ensure all leads generated are of High Quality & uploaded timely in the system forfurther management

● Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, andeducational policy changes.

● Achieve and exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators.

● Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline status, and market feedback tomanagement.● Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field.

● 2 + years of proven experience in business development or sales, specificallywithin the education industry.

● Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

● Strong understanding of the education landscape, including current trends,challenges, and purchasing cycles.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.● Strong negotiation and closing skills.

● Understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of ateam.● Willingness to travel extensively

● Language Known : English , Hindi , Regional Language (Bengali / Marathi etc )

Preferred Qualifications

● Master's degree in a relevant field.

● Experience with EdTech products or solutions.

● Existing network of contacts within the education sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: ₹37,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
