Role Summary

Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

This is a field-intensive role requiring strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.


Sales & Business Development
  • Drive new customer acquisition for NoBrokerHood’s SaaS platform across the assigned Mumbai territory
  • Identify, prospect, and engage housing societies, gated communities, and residential complexes
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for society MC members and stakeholders
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Territory & Account Management
  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory
  • Build a strong pipeline through field visits, referrals, and local networking
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
  • Coordinate with onboarding and support teams for smooth customer handover
Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor activity and provide market insights
  • Share feedback from customers to improve product offerings and sales strategies


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2–5 years of experience in

    B2B / SaaS / Field Sales

    (PropTech, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS preferred)
  • Strong experience in

    direct/field sales

    and closing mid-ticket deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Comfortable with extensive local travel within Mumbai
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and execution-focused mindset
