Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Executive with proven experience in FMCG sales. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and capable of handling end-to-end sales activities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers within the assigned territory to promote and sell FMCG products.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure consistent sales growth.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company guidelines.

* Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement in retail outlets.

* Handle order booking, timely delivery coordination, and payment collections.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to suggest strategies for improvement.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on market performance.

* Manage customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Work closely with distributors to manage stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

* Drive new product launches, schemes, and promotions in the territory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Experience: Minimum 3 years Maximum 7 years in FMCG sales.

* Qualification: Any degree (graduate).

* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

* Prior experience in handling retail and distributor networks is a must.
