Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing the territorial distribution network, and building a strong customer base for all products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:

    Achieve sales targets in terms of value and units while ensuring desired market share in the assigned territory.
  • Customer Management:

    Establish and maintain a strong customer base, regularly updating the database of customers.
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development:

    Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs to support product promotion and market presence.
  • Market Analysis:

    Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Product Registration and Tenders:

    Ensure timely registration of products and procurement/forwarding of tenders to superior and head office.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    Prepare daily system reports, monthly stock and sales statements of dealers, and update doctors lists regularly.
  • Account Expansion:

    Identify and create new accounts to increase sales reach and penetration.
  • Conduct CME's:

    Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs to promote products and engage with medical professionals.
