Tendering Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining PIB Insurance Brokers Private Limited as a full-time on-site Tendering Specialist in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include tender management, analytical tasks, communication with stakeholders, proposal writing, and procurement activities to support the organization's bidding processes and contract acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: - Review and understand client requirements for tender analysis. - Craft tailored insurance proposals for proposal development. - Calculate premiums based on risk assessment and market conditions for pricing strategy. - Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards for compliance checks. - Collaborate with internal teams for internal coordination. - Engage with potential clients for client communication. - Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents for tender submission. - Monitor the tender process for post-submission follow-up. Qualification Required: - Tender Management and Procurement skills - Analytical Skills for data analysis and tender evaluation - Strong Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders - Proposal Writing proficiency for preparing bid documentation - Experience in tendering processes and contract management - Knowledge of insurance and risk management industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Procurement,
