Role Overview: As a Tender Filing Expert, you will be responsible for managing and executing the tender submission process from start to finish. You will ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time, while adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Preparation: Gather, review, and prepare all necessary documentation and information required for tender submissions.

2. Submission Management: Ensure that all tenders are submitted in compliance with deadlines and specifications.

3. Documentation: Maintain and organize tender files, including contracts, proposals, and supporting documents.

4. Compliance: Ensure all submissions meet the regulatory and compliance standards specific to each tender.

5. Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external parties to gather required information and clarify tender requirements.

6. Monitoring: Track and manage the status of all tenders and follow up as needed to address any issues or additional requirements.
