The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero, along with strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks and Xero. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth financial operations. • Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions. Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an accountant. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero is mandatory. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
