Junior Accountant (QuickBooks) – Freshers Welcome

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented finance graduates who are eager to build their careers in accounting. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience with QuickBooks and learn how to work with international clients, particularly in the U.S. You will be trained to manage accounting operations, prepare reports, and support financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in managing invoices, processing payments, tracking outstanding balances, and following up on collections.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to understand and meet their reporting requirements.
• Learn to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and guidelines.
• Contribute ideas for improving processes and optimizing workflows.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and interest in learning QuickBooks.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• QuickBooks certification (or willingness to get certified) is a plus.
