Junior Accountant (QuickBooks) – Freshers Welcome We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented finance graduates who are eager to build their careers in accounting. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience with QuickBooks and learn how to work with international clients, particularly in the U.S. You will be trained to manage accounting operations, prepare reports, and support financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations. Assist in managing invoices, processing payments, tracking outstanding balances, and following up on collections. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to understand and meet their reporting requirements. Learn to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and guidelines. Contribute ideas for improving processes and optimizing workflows. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and interest in learning QuickBooks. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). High attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Proactive, organized, and able to manage time effectively. QuickBooks certification (or willingness to get certified) is a plus.
