Roles and Responsibilities: Execution of survey works as per the designs. Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys. Candidates must be very much familiar with all surveying equipment like DGPS, Auto level, Theodolite, Total station, etc. Conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles. Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value. Performing vessel draught surveys and determining of quantity for various cargoes. Good Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Preferred candidate profile 1+ yrs experience with Total Station, DGPS, Auto Level Skilled in AutoCAD, site layout & level checks Knowledge of boundary & draught surveys A male candidate is preferred.
