Tender Manager

Experience - 3 - 6 yearsSalary - Salary As per Market StandardLocation – JaipurIdentify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial then prepare summary and send all the member for confirmation go head.Keeping records of all the Tenders published by department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms.Manage bidding process form consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/ partners till bid is submit.Arrange DD from accounts department for EMD, PBG, Tender Cost Processing fee for E- tendering and submit the same within given time period.Documents scan & upload, BOQ- financial bid calculation.Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications

Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:

Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price BidE - tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live AuctionsPrepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bidCoordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tendersReporting bidding status online / offline on daily basisFollow up with Vendors/ OEM's/ departments/ clientsVendor Registration for Limited tendersAttending pre bid / post bid meetings with customersMaintaining Customer Relationship with existing/ new clientsTracking status of Tenders offersTrack Tenders/ RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.Follow up- All mail, (PBG)- Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Material Dispatch, payment & other deductions.

GeM Portal- Minimum Experience Of 1-4 Years

Technical & Soft Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft office suit programs, especially excelAbility to work for long hours & on weekends to fulfil job requirementsConfident & patience employeePassionate for growth & excellence through consistent hard work

UG: Any GraduatePG: Any Postgraduate
