Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Manager to manage and execute national and international tenders across multiple platforms including GeM (Government e-Marketplace). The ideal candidate will also support internal audits, office administration, and assist in catalog creation and documentation using Canva and related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end tender processes for both national and international bids
• Upload and manage bids on GeM Portal and other government procurement systems
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and maintain proper documentation
• Conduct internal audits, and assist with general office administrative tasks
• Design and update product catalogues, presentations, and documents using Canva
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and finance teams to gather required inputs
• Track tender status, maintain records, and submit reports regularly
• Basic understanding of accounts and finance to support documentation and pricing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling GeM tenders and international bidding
• Proficiency in GeM portal operations, tender documentation, and audit processes
• Good knowledge of Canva for catalog and proposal design
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a tendering, documentation, or procurement role
