Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and empathetic Employee Growth & Operations Coach who will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and early-stage handholding of new employees. This role focuses on understanding people beyond rules , identifying skill and mindset gaps, helping them overcome challenges, and supporting both personal and professional development . The goal is to uplift individuals, build their confidence, and align them with WeVOIS’s operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Onboard & Train: Conduct induction and 15-day hands-on training for new joiners, ensuring smooth integration into operations. Identify Gaps: Observe performance, especially of Tier 3/4 candidates, and analyze challenges affecting task completion. Coach & Support: Offer personalized guidance to improve both professional skills and personal growth. Build Career Paths: Create individual growth roadmaps and align employees with long-term career goals. Promote People-First Culture: Prioritize human understanding over rules to uplift and empower the workforce. Show more Show less
