Job Summary We are looking for a sharp and driven Associate Product Manager who can understand client requirements, convert them into actionable product roadmaps, and work closely with the tech team to ensure timely and effective delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, business acumen, and a problem-solving mindset to build products that meet both client needs and company goals. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, workflows, and user stories. Build and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with business priorities. Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth product execution. Track product progress, address blockers, and ensure timely delivery. Support product launches, collect user feedback, and iterate based on data. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities or features. Key Skills & Competencies Strong logical and analytical thinking; high IQ with attention to detail. Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, coding). Clear and confident communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology. MBA in Product Management, Marketing, or Technology Management. Internship or prior experience in product or project coordination roles. Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or digital platforms is a plus.
