Key Responsibilities: Review government tender notices, pre-qualification requirements, and bid documents. Lead end-to-end tender preparation and submission including technical and financial proposals. Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Legal, and Procurement teams for accurate bid documentation. Ensure all tenders comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and client requirements. Develop pricing strategies based on market research and internal cost analysis. Monitor tender outcomes and maintain a database of submitted bids, results, and client feedback. Liaise with government officials, consultants, and JV partners for tender clarification and collaboration. Track amendments, addendums, and ensure timely response to queries. Ensure bid deadlines are met with quality and professionalism. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Business / Management or relevant field. 5+ years of experience in tender management, preferably in government infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of CPWD, PWD, NHAI, and other public sector tendering procedures. Excellent project management, negotiation, and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, e-Tender sites). Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
