Opportunity Identification & Strategy• Monitor tender / RFP / RFI portals, partner leads, government portals etc., to spot relevant opportunities. • Evaluate if an opportunity fits trackNOW’s capabilities, margins, strategic goals (hardware + software + support). • Decide, with leadership / sales, whether to bid. • Define a win strategy (how we position our product, what value proposition, what differentiators).Planning & Scheduling• Set up the bid timeline (milestones: requirement gathering, writing, review, pricing, compliance, final submission). • Allocate internal resources (sales, product/tech, finance, legal) to parts of the bid. • Ensure all stakeholders are aware of their deliverables and deadlines.Gathering & Developing Content• Work with subject-matter experts (technical team, hardware, software, R&D) to gather required technical specifications, features, performance metrics. • Collaborate with product, marketing to build a persuasive proposal narrative (value proposition, case studies, user benefits, differentiators). • Ensure correct pricing, costing, margin: hardware costs, software license or subscription, installation, service / support. • Include any regulatory or certification compliance (e.g. AIS-140, safety, data security) as relevant.C " Why Join Us?
