Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective stockists, retailers, and healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated by the field sales team. Provide product information and pricing details to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and orders using CRM tools. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc/ B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical inside sales or customer service preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Export Executive to manage export-related documentation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely dispatch of pharmaceutical shipments globally. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify export documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, shipping bills, etc. Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, shipping lines, and regulatory bodies for timely clearance and dispatch. Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and international trade regulations. Manage documentation for regulated and semi-regulated markets, including document legalization (Embassy/Chamber of Commerce attestation), COO, GMP, FSC, COA, and product registration documents. Handle documentation related to Letters of Credit (LC), bank submissions, and negotiation of export bills. Coordinate with internal departments (production, QA/QC, dispatch) to ensure availability of documents and products as per export plan.
