Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective stockists, retailers, and healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated by the field sales team. Provide product information and pricing details to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and orders using CRM tools. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc/ B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical inside sales or customer service preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
