Role: Tender Executive /BID Executive Responsibilities Responsible for Bidding portal registrations and staying updated on the registration process. Regularly search for new tenders online that match our company's product offerings. Review and manage the pre-qualification and short-listing process for tenders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tender details and statuses for ongoing Bids. Prepare and submit bid documents both online and offline in compliance with tender requirements. Possess a basic understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to tender documents. Monitor and manage timelines for tender submissions, technical queries, and commercial inquiries in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Utilize experience with GEM Portal to update product catalogues and navigate the platform effectively. Develop an understanding of our company's surveillance product offerings to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary documents and information for tender submissions. Knowledge of E2E tendering process. Knowledge of E-procurement/GEM and other bidding sites.
