Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Service Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue growth through the sale of our services to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell services.

4. Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Customer Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Provide exceptional customer service and support.

3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.

Sales Planning and Strategy:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

2. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

3. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to align sales efforts.

Administrative:

1. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

2. Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.

3. Participate in sales meetings, training, and conferences.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of sales experience (service industry preferred).

2. Proven sales track record.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
